It measures 18 inches wide by 15.5 inches deep, with 1.5 inches from the mounting bracket to the terminal ends, which are screw-type. The element produces 2585 watts at 240 volts or 1940 watts at 208 volts, ensuring efficient heat distribution for consistent baking and broiling.

Common signs of a faulty heating element include:

- Uneven baking with cold spots
- Long preheating times or difficulty maintaining set temperatures
- Tripped circuit breakers
