Orders and Pricing

All orders placed through this Site are subject to acceptance by ApplianceParts4All.com. Prices, product availability, and descriptions are subject to change without notice. You will be charged the price displayed at the time of purchase. Your payment card will be charged when you complete your order. If an item is incorrectly priced or described, ApplianceParts4All.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order before it is fulfilled.

The availability of parts for sale on the Site may change at our discretion. If parts you ordered are not in stock, we will notify you via email and provide the opportunity to reorder at a later time.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you cancel part of your order, refunds will be processed only after the remaining items have been shipped. For complete order cancellations, ApplianceParts4All.com will determine when to issue refunds, aiming to do so within sixty (60) days.

If we determine your behavior toward us or our staff to be inappropriate or threatening, we reserve the right to cancel any order — even one already placed — and will refund any payments made, minus any costs already incurred. We also reserve the right to restrict access to the Site as necessary.

All currency amounts are displayed in US Dollars. At this time, no foreign currency conversions are offered. We also accept purchase orders and inquiries by phone if you prefer to speak with a live representative.

16. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

Fees and Costs: The arbitrator shall not have authority to award attorney's fees or legal costs to you. If ApplianceParts4All.com prevails, the arbitrator may, at their sole discretion, award reasonable costs to us.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted solely on an individual basis. You waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, or consolidated arbitration proceeding against ApplianceParts4All.com.
