The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

Our 30-day return policy ensures that you receive your money back if you decide to return the item back to us. All parts must be sent back in proper condition in order for you to receive refund. Please take into consideration a 12% restocking fee that will be charged on the items unless defective. Parts that have been used, installed or tried cannot be resold and therefore, they will not be refunded. All customers will be held responsible for shipping the appliance part back to our company and, you will have to pay the cost of shipping. If the item is not received within 30 days to our company, the part will not be refunded. We consider this to be the fairest practice and will give you sufficient amount of time to ship the part back to us if you are looking to get your money back.

All returns must be in the original packaging/ condition as received. Parts that have been installed/used, tried, or missing the factory/original packaging cannot be accepted for refund under any conditions

Please note: We will refund the amount for the price originally paid minus original shipping charge, and minus 12% restocking fee.  The restocking fee is waived if you ordered an incorrect part and place a new order for the correct part(s) from our store/website.

It usually takes 4-6 business days to process all returns after our return department inspects the item.

We do not accept special order items.

Returned Item Should Include:

All returned items must be returned in the original packaging. Parts should be returned in original box the way it was received from our company.  If the part came in a sealed packaging or plastic bag it should be returned in the same condition.   Please note do not write or mark on the factory box or original packaging, and please make sure to leave all factory stickers on the original box.

Missing Part

Please fill out a contact form on our website if you are missing an item and include which part number you are missing and your order number.  We must be notified of any missing items within 10 days of the receipt of your shipment.

Damaged Part

If the part in your order arrived damaged, please fill out the form. We must be notified within 10 days of when you received your order in order to qualify for replacement of the item.

Defective Part

Defective parts must be exchanged for a new one, they can not be returned for a refund. If an item in your order is defective, please fill out the defective part form. All defective parts can be exchanged under manufacturer warranty one time.

Canceling An Order

Orders may be cancelled before they enter the Shipped status.  Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.  To cancel an order outside our normal business hours please fill out the contact form on our website.  Once an order has entered the Shipped status we cannot cancel the order and it must be returned to us please use our contact form for instructions.

Updating/Changing Your Order

Our goal is to keep you satisfied and provide you with the items you need in a fast yet efficient matter. Because we are operating at a fast speed, we typically process the order for the appliance parts as soon as you submit the order on our website. After you have placed an order, you will not be able to change that order. However, if you would like to update the order by adding on more items, all you need to do is just start over and do another order with us. If something was ordered on our website by mistake, you will need to contact us as soon as you can. Changes can be made in the error of a mistake only if the order has not been sent out yet. If you are looking to cancel your completed order, contact us immediately. You can contact us at the customer service number. If your order has already been process, it cannot be canceled.
