Bosch, Thermador, and Gaggenau refrigerators use this OEM door seal. The door seal, also known as the door gasket, is a rubber component that lines the interior door of the refrigerator. Its purpose is to form a seal that keeps warm air out. If the seal is cracked or fails to secure the door properly, it needs replacement. Fortunately, replacing the seal is straightforward.

To replace the seal, open the refrigerator door. Identify the least secure section of the seal and start pulling it out from the groove. Continue pulling from one corner to the other until the entire seal is removed. Next, place the new seal into the groove on the refrigerator door, starting from one corner and working your way around until it covers the door's perimeter. Once in place, close the refrigerator door.
