This OEM part monitors and reports the oven's internal temperature, ensuring accurate cooking. It sends temperature data to the control board, which adjusts the burner and heating element accordingly.

A temperature sensor may fail due to faulty electronics, damage from spills, moisture, or wear over time. At 70°F, a functional sensor should read around 1100 ohms. If the reading deviates by more than 10%, replacement is necessary.

Signs of a malfunctioning sensor include:
