The Dishwasher Tine Row Combo Retainer in gray measures 3 inches in height and 2.5 inches in depth. It is compatible with various Whirlpool brands, including Amana, KitchenAid, Maytag, Jenn-Air, Magic Chef, Roper, and Admiral. Additionally, Whirlpool manufactures products for Sears-Kenmore and Ikea.
This retainer secures the tine row in an upright position on your dishwasher's lower rack. If the retainer is damaged or missing, the tine row will not remain vertical, affecting its functionality. The retainer is attached to the side of the lower dish rack. To replace it, detach the tine row from the retainer and use a flat blade screwdriver to remove the retainer from the rack. Then, snap the new retainer into place and reconnect the tine row. This part is made of gray plastic and is sold individually.
