They also produce items for Sears-Kenmore and Ikea. This surface burner igniter switch (part number WP3185830) is designed for ranges. It generates the spark needed to ignite the gas and start the burners. When you press and turn the gas burner valve knob, this switch creates the necessary spark to light the gas. Before installing, make sure to unplug the range and turn off the gas supply. Wear work gloves to ensure your hands are protected.
