The evaporator fan motor is situated at the rear of the freezer compartment. Its main function is to drive air across the cooling coils of the refrigerator. By doing so, it helps transform heat into cool air, which is then distributed throughout the refrigerator to maintain optimal temperature in the fresh food section.

Compatibility:
This OEM replacement part is designed for various Whirlpool appliances, including brands such as Amana, KitchenAid, Maytag, Jenn-Air, Magic Chef, Roper, and Admiral. Additionally, Whirlpool manufactures compatible parts for Sears-Kenmore and Ikea products.

Specifications:
